Getting Help Online
We can't always meet our instructor and others in-person. To help speed up the process of receiving helpful feedback online be sure to provide the following information in your initial communication:
- A description of what you need assistance with
- Screenshots or a video screencast visually showcasing your issue (video is probably the most helpful)
- Mac or PC (assistance is often platform specific)
- The program(s) you are using
- Browser being used (if applicable)
- Give a summary of what you have already tried to fix the issue
