Critique Participation & Report

Critique Participation

You will have posted your project draft to the critique group for the last assignment. The following instructions will explain the minimum expectations of the critique.

  1. Be actively engaged in this critique discussion.
    • Participate on at least three different days.
    • Respond to questions.
    • Look for ways to help many of your classmates.
  2. Give feedback to at least two of your peers.
    • Explain what they did well AND provide specific feedback on how they could improve.
    • Provide at least one draw-over that helps explain your specific feedback on how they could improve.
    • If one of your peers already has two comments, pick a different peer to critique. This will help everyone get some feedback.
  3. Make improvements to your project
    • Take the feedback received from peers, the instructor, and others and enhance your project.
    • Post your enhanced project for additional feedback on the critique discussion.

TIP: It would be good to fill out the critique report (found below) as you are doing your critique.

Critique Report

Once you are done giving and receiving critique, you will complete a Critique Report. This report will be what you submit for this assignment.

  1. Download this Critique Report template.
  2. Fill out the information requested.
  3. Save it as a PDF, and submit it in I-Learn.
